The couple, who share a daughter Emily, married in 2014 and announced their separation in April 2023.
Foster, 47, filed for divorce in Los Angeles Superior Court on January 27, 2023, citing "irreconcilable differences." The couple had been married for 10 years and have one child together, a daughter named Emily Dale Griffin, who was born in March 2017.
